This annual event takes place from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday, August 22nd at Dodge Middle School. On this day students will be able to have their school picture taken, pick up their schedule and bus route information, update contact information, make food service deposits, order physical education clothing for P.E, (optional) and tour the building. iPads will be handed out after the school year has started.

ATTENTION PARENTS OF INCOMING 7th GRADE STUDENTS
– REQUIRED IMMUNIZATIONS
We are planning for the start of the 2016-17 school years and want to inform you that your child is due for booster immunizations required for 7th grade enrollment.( unless they have received some lately already).
Effective September 1, 2014 Tetanus Diphtheria, Pertussis (Tdap) and Meningococcal immunizations have been added to the requirements. Proof of the following immunizations or a notarized form indicating you are conscientiously objecting to more immunizations must be provided to the health office no later than the first day of school on September 8, 2015.
2 Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR) (1st dose must be after age 1.)
1 Tetanus Diphtheria Pertussis (Tdap) Booster given after age 11 (New)
3 Polio Immunizations
3 Hepatitis B Immunizations
2 Chicken Pox (Varicella) (given after 1 year of age and at least 28 days apart) or date of disease verified by MD
1 Meningococcal Immunization (given at age 11-12) (New)
Please contact your physician to schedule an appointment to get these taken care of at any time. The offices get busy in the summer. If your child is going out for sport next fall you might also want to consider getting their sports physical done as well.
